Symphony Honolulu condo project to start sales for owner-occupied units

The 388-unit mixed-use Symphony Honolulu condominium in Kakaako across from the Neal Blaisdell Center will begin the sales process for its 100 reserved housing units on Saturday, developerOliverMcMillan Pacific Rim said Friday.

Applications for these units, which are for buyers who meet income and asset requirements set by the Hawaii Community Development Authority, will be ready to pick up starting Saturday through Sept. 24 at the Symphony Honolulu sales gallery inside the Honolulu Design Center.
